Refund Policy

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied with your Candles by Deuce product, please contact our Customer Care team at [email protected].  Please include photos and a detailed description of your concern(s) in the email.

Conditions.  Please return items to Candles by Deuce in the original packaging.  Ensure that the shipment is carefully packed because we cannot process refunds on items that arrive broken.  All returns must be received within 14 days of the day you receive your order.  Proof of purchase is required (e.g., your Candles by Deuce order number, order confirmation email, store receipt, etc.).

Shipping and Handling. We do not refund shipping or handling fees. You are responsible for all shipping and handling costs for returned items.  Refunds are credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase.

Note: We do not accept returns or offer refunds on discounted/sale items, gift cards, or third party products.
